    Shipping is included, with a small up-charge for international

  • Of course! In the customer portal, you can cancel your subscription and make adjustments to your information. You can also send me an email at alidefrang@gmail.com if you would like to pause or skip a month.

  • Yes, you will be charged on the day you sign up. For future months, payment will recur on the same day as your initial order.
